Welcome to Luna’s K9 Club, a countryside dog day care for small and medium breeds. We provide safe, structured care with optional grooming and a reliable Dog Taxi service. This page gives you everything you need to know before joining us.
About Luna’s K9 Club
We are a family‑run dog day care based at The Hangar, Common Road, Studham, Bedfordshire LU6 2FU. Our centre is inspired by Luna, our Rottweiler. We created a calm, secure environment where dogs can play, rest, and socialise every day.
Services We Provide
- Dog Day Care – A balanced day of play, enrichment, and rest. Every dog is supported as an individual.
- Dog Taxi – Safe pick‑up and drop‑off within around a 10‑mile radius of our centre. Included in all memberships and available for ad hoc bookings.
- Dog Grooming – Keep your dog’s coat clean and healthy with our grooming service. Book alongside day care.
- Event Chaperone – A trusted handler to care for your dog at weddings or special occasions (on request).
Dog Day Care Prices
Our pricing is clear and simple. All packages include our premium Dog Taxi.
- Ad Hoc Day – £50/day
Book when you need flexible care. - Membership (4–5 days per week) – £45/day
Ideal for regular care and multi‑dog households.
All packages must be prepaid. Prices and availability may change, so please confirm when booking.
A Typical Day at Day Care
- Morning arrivals via Dog Taxi or drop‑off at our centre.
- Play and socialisation with other dogs in supervised indoor and outdoor areas.
- Enrichment and training games to build calm confidence.
- Quiet rest time to recharge and avoid overstimulation.
- Home time with safe transport back to you.
Health and Admissions
Your dog’s health and safety are our top priority. To join Luna’s K9 Club, dogs must:
- Be fully vaccinated, including Kennel Cough.
- Stay up to date with parasite prevention: monthly protection for worms, fleas, ticks, and lungworm. Tapeworm protection at least every three months.
- Puppies may start two weeks after their final vaccination.
- Unneutered males are accepted but assessed regularly.
- Females in season cannot attend. If a season begins while at day care, collection is required.
If a dog needs medical help, we will contact you or your emergency contact. In urgent cases, we may authorise emergency vet care in your dog’s best interests.

- Book your first day and arrange transport if required.
