Luna K9 Club FAQs

We know every dog is different. On their first day, we take things slow and let them meet other dogs at their own pace. We have cozy rest areas if they need a break, and our caring staff gives plenty of one-on-one attention. Most dogs settle in quickly and start to look forward to coming back!

No worries! Many of our guests are first-timers. We start with a temperament evaluation and introduce them to smaller groups so they don’t feel overwhelmed. Our staff is experienced in helping shy or anxious dogs build confidence in a safe, positive way.

Dog daycare is a safe, supervised environment where dogs can socialize, exercise, and play while their owners are away. Dogs are grouped by size, temperament, and play style so they can have fun and feel comfortable.

Not every dog is suited for daycare, and that’s completely okay. Some dogs may find the social environment a little overwhelming. That’s why we always start with a trial day to see how your pup settles in. Our goal is never to set a dog up to fail, we want every dog who comes through our doors to feel safe, happy, and comfortable.

At daycare, your pup gets plenty of exercise, playtime, and socialisation with other dogs, which helps reduce boredom, anxiety, and unwanted behaviors at home. The mental stimulation of new sights, smells, and activities keeps them engaged and happy, while the supervised environment ensures they’re always safe. Many dogs also gain confidence, especially shy or younger pups who are still learning how to interact with others. And for you, daycare means peace of mind knowing your best friend is cared for, loved, and even coming home tired and content at the end of the day.

Just your pup on a leash with a secure collar or harness with an ID tag attached to it. If your dog eats during the day or has special dietary needs, you can bring food in a labeled container. We provide fresh water, healthy treats (with your permission), and toys.

Yes. To protect all dogs in our care, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for canine parvovirus, canine distemper, canine adenovirus/infectious canine hepatitis, and leptospirosis.

Yes! Puppies are welcome once they’re fully vaccinated. Daycare helps them burn off energy and learn valuable social skills from both people and other dogs.

Our team is trained in dog behaviour and first aid. Playgroups are supervised at all times, and we match dogs carefully by size and temperament. Our facility is secure, clean, and designed with safety in mind.

That’s okay! Daycare isn’t right for every dog. We do an initial evaluation to make sure your pup is comfortable.

We have three different memberships that you can choose from but our prices start from £45 per day to £50 if you choose ad hoc. Our safe taxi service is included in this price!

Absolutely. We encourage owners to tour our facility, meet our team, and see where their pups will play. Tours are by appointment so we can give you personal attention.

Yes we do! We offer full grooms as well as bath and blow drys and nail clippings!

We’re happy to accommodate dogs with special needs. Our staff can give oral medications and follow your care instructions to make sure your dog is comfortable and safe.
